How the Screener Works
🛠️ Tools & FeaturesThe Screener is like a radar that scans every sportsbook every 10 minutes looking for pricing mistakes.
What It's Looking For
Imagine a grocery store accidentally prices milk at $1 when every other store charges $4. You'd buy that milk immediately, right? The Screener finds the sports betting version of that.
🏀 Lakers vs Celtics — Moneyline
Pinnacle (sharpest book): Lakers +140 (implies 41.7% chance) FanDuel (soft book): Lakers +160 (implies 38.5% chance)
💰 Edge: +3.2% 👉 FanDuel thinks the Lakers are LESS likely to win than the sharp market does. That's a mispricing in your favor. [/example]
Two Types of Opportunities
+EV (vs Pinnacle) One book is offering better odds than Pinnacle, the sharpest book in the world. Pinnacle's lines are set by professional bettors, so when another book disagrees, it's usually the other book that's wrong.
Line Discrepancy (vs Consensus) One book's odds are way different from the average of ALL books. Even without Pinnacle data, if 9 out of 10 books agree and one doesn't, that one is probably mispriced.
How to Use It
- Open the Screener page
- Filter by your sport, your sportsbook, and minimum edge
- Sort by edge (highest first)
- The top results are the biggest mispricings available right now
⚠️ Mispricings don't last long. Books fix them within minutes to hours. The Screener refreshes every 10 minutes, so act on opportunities quickly.
