Yes. SharpWire is legal in all 50 US states.

Why?

    SharpWire is a data analytics tool. It shows you numbers and analysis. It does NOT:

  • •Place bets for you
  • •Hold your money
  • •Facilitate any wagering

It's the same as a stock screener (like Yahoo Finance) that shows you stock prices without executing trades. Showing sports odds data is perfectly legal everywhere.
