Best Value Bets by Sport

🛠️ Tools & Features

Different sportsbooks have different strengths. Knowing which book is best for your sport saves time and maximizes value.

General Patterns

NFL:
• Spreads: DraftKings & FanDuel (most competitive, tightest lines)
• Moneylines: BetMGM & Caesars (frequently mispriced favorites)
• Totals: FanDuel (often last to adjust after sharp moves)

NBA: • Moneylines: FanDuel (best underdog prices) • Spreads: DraftKings (sharpest, but sometimes outpriced by others) • Player Props: BetMGM (widest selection, frequent mispricings)

MLB: • Moneylines: DraftKings (tightest juice overall) • Run Lines: BetMGM (best alt run line prices) • Totals: Caesars (slowest to react to pitching changes)

NHL: • Moneylines: FanDuel (best prices on underdogs) • Puck Lines: DraftKings (tightest spreads) [/example]

Important Caveat

These are general patterns, not rules. The Best Value section on each game page shows you the ACTUAL best price in real time. Books that are usually sharp can still misprice individual games.

Multi-Book Strategy

Ideal setup: Accounts at 3-5 books
• 1 sharp book (Pinnacle/Circa) — for reference
• 2-3 soft books (FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM) — for finding +EV
• 1 promo-heavy book (Caesars, PointsBet) — for bonus exploitation

Use the Best Value Bets feature on every game page to see real-time price comparisons. The more books you have access to, the more value you'll find consistently.
